Shipping and Returns policy
Regular Shipping orders placed before 2:00pm AEST should be received within 1-10 business days. This service can take longer to some rural areas. If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected. Please contact us to see if you require overnight delivery. Please contact us if you require express postal delivery and we shall check if it is available in your area when sent form Perth.

Our goods and services are covered by guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. The guarantees that the Law provides are included in our repair, exchange and refunds policy and you are entitled to a remedy if we do not meet these guarantees.
Please choose carefully. We don’t refund or exchange for change of mind or wrong selections, but we are reasonable as will always try to help you out. Please contact us.
If there’s a problem with your goods you may be entitled to an exchange, refund or repair of the product.
